ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Checking and supervising the Safety Assessment and the Declaration of Conformity of the Toy, and the technical documentation available to the Competent Authorities (for 10 years after the Toy is placed on the market)
Be in relationship with EU and GB Competent Authorities relating the documentation or conformity of the Toys
Cooperating with the Competent Authorities regarding and actions to be taken to eliminate and risks related to the Toy for which they are responsible under the mandate
Being clearly identified on the packaging
Making sure the toy is accompanied by instructions for safe use, safety information and warnings as appropriate
Giving assistance on the Post Market Survey
